1) The Service and Account

  • You must be 16+ to use the Service.
  • Create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • We may offer free features and paid features (“Max”). Some features may be labeled beta or experimental.

2) Wellness only — no medical advice

ProHabit provides wellness and habit-support tools. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need medical help or are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.


3) Subscriptions and billing (Max)

  • Purchase & billing: Subscriptions and in‑app purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
  • Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions auto‑renew until canceled. Manage or cancel in your app store account settings before the renewal date to avoid charges.
  • Trials & promos: If your trial is not canceled at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription per store rules.
  • Lifetime purchase: Refers to a one‑time purchase granting ongoing access to Max features for the lifetime of the product (we may modify features over time). This does not guarantee perpetual availability of the Service.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies.
  • Taxes & pricing: Prices may vary by region and taxes. The final price is shown in the app store checkout.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to disseminate harmful content - Reverse‑engineer, scrape, or misuse APIs or data - Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates privacy - Interfere with or disable security features.


5) User content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.


6) Health/fitness integrations

Connecting Google Fit or Apple HealthKit is optional. By connecting, you consent to our processing of that data strictly to power wellness features. We do not use such data for advertising.


7) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risks to users, security, or compliance. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy.


8) Changes to the Service

We may add or remove features, introduce new tiers, or change availability. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.


9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.


10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProHabit Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of US$50 or the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.


11) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where local consumer laws require otherwise. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides a different venue for consumers.

  • EEA/UK: You have rights under GDPR as described in the Privacy Policy. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time in settings or by contacting us.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CCPA. See the Privacy Policy for your rights and how to exercise them.
