Privacy & Data

  • Once confirmed, we will delete or anonymize all data linked to your account:

    • Account & profile (email, device links, push tokens).
    • Entitlements (Max) — access is removed; payment records are unlinked (but not deleted, for compliance).
    • App settings, habits, and reminders — removed from the server.
    • Support requests — pseudonymized (text remains without personal identifiers).
    • Live logs cleared on schedule; backups erased within 90 days.

    Local data on your device will remain. We’ll provide instructions on how to erase app data and disconnect Google Fit/Health sync.

  • You can request an archive with your account data. The export will be delivered as a .zip file and includes:

    • Profile (ID, email, account settings, consents).
    • Subscriptions & purchases (plan, status, dates, masked purchase tokens).
    • App settings (focus, habits, reminders, Fit/manual input flags).
    • Support requests (if any).
    • Consent and policy logs.

    The export does not include anonymous product analytics (GA4/Amplitude) or raw Health/Google Fit data — those remain only on your device.
